In this role, Mr. Wiemeyer will assume full responsibility for all of Haulotte's operations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. His primary focus will be on strengthening the company's service support and customer service capabilities to drive sales growth and increase market share. He succeeds Thomas Wegeler, who has led the subsidiary since 2000.

Mr. Wiemeyer brings extensive experience to the position, having held a similar role for the past six years at Lotz Hydraulics. His career began in 1999 in a field service role at Herrenknecht, a specialist in tunnel boring machines. After more than 13 years there, he moved to Tadano Faun (as it was known then) in Lauf, where he advanced to the position of General Manager.

He later served as Chief Customer Service Officer at grinding machine manufacturer Junker, and subsequently as Head of Global Service at production machinery manufacturer Kaltenbach, before joining Lotz in early 2020.

Guillaume Van Hoeck, Managing Director for Europe, commented: "Our fully-owned German subsidiary in Eschbach has been a key support for the German-speaking market since 1997. This is a strategic region with a large installed base of Haulotte equipment and long-standing rental partners who expect first-class support. André's extensive background in both industrial management and service excellence will be instrumental in accelerating our transformation, enhancing customer proximity, and further strengthening our value proposition in the region."

André Wiemeyer added: "Haulotte is a strong brand with loyal partners and passionate teams. My priority will be to build on these strengths and align our organization even more closely with customer expectations—ensuring reliability, responsiveness, and added value in every interaction."
