UK-based AFI Rentals has purchased more than 500 aerial work platforms from Quick Reach, which is currently under administration. The equipment is being sold through a series of SIA online auctions, with the latest batch including units from Quick Reach's Glasgow depot.

Based in Wakefield, AFI plans to integrate some of the machines into its rental fleet, while others will be added to AJ Access Platforms' used equipment inventory for resale. The acquisition includes brands such as JLG, Genie, Dingli, Skyjack, Niftylift, Haulotte, Manitou, and JCB.
