The Qingming Festival, also known as the Tomb Sweeping Festival, Tracing Festival, March Festival, and Ancestral Worshipping Festival, takes place between mid-spring and late spring.

It has natural and cultural meanings. It is both one of the "24 solar terms" and a traditional ancestor worship holiday.
